As a proud graduate of the largest HBCU in the nation, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, otherwise known as A&T, I was more than pleased to be asked to write a chapter for the A&T edition of the HBCU Experience Anthology. I was Aggie Born and knew from a very young age that I would be attending that prestigious school. I give a brief synopsis of how A&T made me the person I am today and my chapter is a preview to my memoir which will come out in 2020. This book is a must-have for all Aggies and prospective Aggies to show how different people succeeded and why they attribute some of their success to our illustrious institution.
