When your lifetime best friend starts a podcast, it’s only right that you’re her inaugural guest! I have literally known Dr. Chandra Sledge Mathias basically my entire life. We met at the age of 3 at Creative Learning Center in Soul City, North Carolina. Despite distance, we manage to still stay besties. As the age of 40 hit, we both knew we didn’t want to continue grinding the way we were, hence the beginning of our early mid-life crises.
